Terms of Use

By purchasing a puppy from Ronelle J. Home, you certify the information you have provided to us is accurate, truthful and current. You certify that you are a minimum 18 years of age and that you are financially, mentally and physically capable of owning and raising a puppy.

You agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Commitment to Care:

 

You acknowledge the responsibility and commitment required to care for and nurture a puppy. This includes providing appropriate food, shelter, medical care, and attention throughout the puppy’s life.
Health Guarantee: All of our puppies come with a 2-year health guarantee against congenital/genetic issues when the owner fulfills the following requirements:

– Must purchase at least 6 months of Pet Insurance from a major licensed insurance company that provides first-day coverage for the first 6 months they own the puppy and provide proof of that insurance when submitting a claim to Ronelle J. Home within 30 days of diagnoses of a qualifying genetic issue

– Must provide proof of a well-check for their puppy with a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase

– Must submit proof that their puppy was spayed/neutered by the puppy’s 1st birthday (for claims submitted after the puppy is 12 months old)

Return Policy:

 

If for any reason, you are unable to keep the puppy, you agree to contact Ronelle J. Home for possible return or rehoming arrangements. Under no circumstances should the puppy be surrendered to a shelter or sold to a third party without prior approval from Ronelle J. Home.

Spay/Neuter Agreement:

 

You agree to spay or neuter the puppy by its 1st birthday. Proof of sterilization must be provided to Ronelle J. Home by the stipulated age.

Registration and Micro-chipping:

 

You will complete the necessary registration process to document new ownership and ensure the puppy’s microchip is registered, helping to safeguard their safety should they become lost.

Ronelle J. Home Spay / Neuter Agreement

Buyer agrees to have this puppy spayed/neutered by their first birthday by a licensed veterinarian and provide proof of this surgical procedure to Ronelle J. Home within 30 days of completion.

In the unlikely event that the puppy’s physical or emotional health prohibits this procedure from being completed by the puppy’s first birthday, Buyer can submit the veterinarian’s explanation of the diagnosis/recommendation in writing for review by Ronelle J. Home before the puppy’s first birthdate to fulfill the Health Guarantee requirements. Veterinarian must clearly state when the surgery may be completed.
When the surgery is completed, Buyer must submit the verification of surgical completion to Ronelle J. Home to qualify for the Health Guarantee.

By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm your agreement to have this dog spayed/neutered before its first birthday by a licensed veterinarian and you will provide proof of surgical completion to Ronelle J. Home in fulfillment of this contract. You also agree that this dog will not be involved in either bearing or siring a litter of puppies by intention or by accident.

Purchase Agreement

By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth by Ronelle J. Home. Furthermore, you agree to abide by all local laws and regulations regarding the ownership and care of pets.

This General Terms and the legal relations based on the contract are governed by the laws of South Africa. All issues not stipulated in this terms will be governed by the applicable laws of South Africa.
